DJM-2000: software & firmware updates

Notice to users of Mac OS X 10.8 or later
Apple has tightened its security in OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) and later. This is why you may see an alert dialogue when you install driver software or firmware downloaded from Pioneer Support Website or run an uninstaller. The alert dialogue says “[File name] can't be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed“. Please follow the steps below to open the file and install or uninstall it.

1. Open [Finder].
2. Click the downloaded file or right-click (or control-click) it and select [Open] from the displayed menu.
3. Select [Open] in the displayed dialogue.
4. Follow the instruction in the dialogue to complete the installation.

DRIVER FOR WINDOWS 10

This driver will allow you to connect your DJM to a PC.
Please read the Manual for the installation procedure.

Unzip the downloaded file "DJM-2000_****.exe.zip". This file will appear: DJM-2000_****.exe

If audio is not output with an error message, please follow the instructions here to solve the problem.

• DJ applications running on certain versions of Windows 10 did not detect Pioneer DJ equipment.

Installation issue with Microsoft Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8

If your Windows OS is Windows 8.1 or 7, please use the DRIVER FOR WINDOWS 8.1 / 7.

DRIVER FOR MAC EL CAPITAN OR LATER

This driver will allow you to connect your DJM to a PC.

We have identified an issue where you are unable to record audio from the DJM-2000 when using macOS10.13.2.
We recommend you refrain from updating your OS to macOS10.13.2.

If your Mac OS is v10.10 or older, please use the DRIVER FOR MAC YOSEMITE.
